No Refunds
- All payments, including deposits and final balances, are non-refundable.
- This policy applies to all services, including bridal, event, and mobile bookings.
- Deposits secure your appointment date and time and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Rescheduling
- While payments are non-refundable, clients may request to reschedule appointments, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled service.
Cancellations
- In the event of a cancellation, all deposits and payments will be forfeited.
- If TKS Bliss must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, clients may choose to reschedule or receive a credit toward future services.

1. Services
TKS Bliss provides professional makeup artistry specializing in bridal, event, and beauty makeup. Services are offered in person at our studio or through mobile appointments within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
2. Booking & Payments
- A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full on or before the day of service.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled appointment may result in the loss of the deposit.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested in advance.

4. Travel & On-Location Services
- Mobile services are available within the GTA.
- A travel fee may apply based on location.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and suitable environment for on-location services.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Please arrive on time or be prepared for services at the agreed-upon location.
- Inform us in advance of any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that may affect product use.
- TKS Bliss is not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions or sensitivities.
6. Liability
While every precaution is taken to ensure your safety and satisfaction, TKS Bliss is not liable for:
- Allergic reactions to products.
- Issues arising from conditions not disclosed prior to the service.
- Events beyond our control, including delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
7. Use of Photos
With your consent, TKS Bliss may take photos of completed makeup looks for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes.
If you do not wish to have your photos used, please inform us in writing prior to your appointment.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, social media, and marketing materials is the intellectual property of TKS Bliss and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
9. Changes to Terms
